Most of our custom products are handcrafted and shipped directly from China to New Zealand.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing and packing before dispatch.

We offer a flat international shipping rate of NZ$30 per order, which includes both international courier service and local NZ delivery.

• Production Time (custom items): 2-3 weeks
• Shipping Time: 2 weeks after dispatch
• Total delivery time: 4–5 weeks

📍 Delivery Method

We partner with trusted global couriers for international delivery and use Post Haste or NZ Post for final delivery within New Zealand.
Please ensure your phone number and delivery address is correct and complete, including rural/urban selection if applicable.
