How Custom Orders Work

Every personalised memorial begins with your pet's photos and the details that matter to you. The process is designed to be clear and manageable.

1. Choose your product and options

Select the product, size, style and available options shown on the product page. Check the dimensions and capacity before ordering.

2. Send your photos and details

After ordering, send clear reference photos and your order number to hello@whisperwoods.co.nz. Include the pet's name, wording, colours and any other instructions requested on the product page.

3. We review the information

We check that the photos and instructions are suitable. If anything is unclear, we will contact you before production. Reply promptly so your order is not delayed.

4. Artwork and production

Custom ceramic products usually require approximately 2–3 weeks for artwork and production. Handmade brushwork, glaze and firing can create small natural variations that make each piece unique.

5. Dispatch and delivery

Delivery after dispatch usually takes approximately 1–2 weeks. The estimated total timeframe is around 4–5 weeks, although carrier, customs and seasonal delays can occur.

Before you approve an order

• Confirm spelling, dates and wording.
• Choose the correct size and capacity.
• Send clear, unfiltered photos.
• Tell us about important markings or features that must be included.
